This is a gluten free poori
Take all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.
Knead dough adding as little water as possible
This dough tends to loose fast
So add water little by little
For 1 cup flour we have used 1/4 th cup water
Once the dough is kneaded make purrs immediately
Start by pinching small portions of the dough ad rolling into balls
Pat and roll and spread each ball with a rolling pin gently .
Make all pooris this way
Heat oil to deep fry
When the oil is very hot gently dlip in the poori.
Let it fluff up.
Serve with curd or raita of your choice
We had them with cucumber raita
Buckwheat flour 1 cup
Boiled mashed potatoes 3/4 cup
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Oil to deep fry
